While woodworking has always been a passion of mine, it was really only a hobby for most of my life. My first real job was as a Low Volt Technician, which lasted for about six years. In 2017, I joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves. I currently still serve in the Marines and I am stationed at Luke Air Force Base here in Arizona. In March of 2020, I decided to leave my Low Volt Technician job for a position as a Wildland Firefighter on a Type 2 IA Crew. While I loved this job and the people on my crew, I made the decision to leave and pursue my passion of woodworking and handyman services, as well as coach competitive youth soccer. Cheers to journeys ahead!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved taking things apart and putting them together. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found an outlet for my hands-on work. I love the craftsmanship of woodworking and the complexity of handyman work. I am fascinated by using only my hands and tools to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art or to fix something in your home that will give you a sense of peace.
